The Tree of Knowledge and the foundation of the Australian Labor Party as a result of the strike. The huge building covers the preserved tree which was poised in 2006 (a world first process. At night it is lit up & photos are beautiful. We didn't stay to take any at night.
The railway it right beside this & goes through Longreach to Brisbane twice per week. The Brisbane one was there while we were there.
